OUR STORY

Elizabeth and Richard Copeland founded Elizabeth’s Catering in Salt Lake City nearly 30 years ago on the principles of delicious home cooked meals, and gracious hospitality. In 2007, Elizabeth’s Catering found its new home in West Valley City.

Elizabeth and Richard retired from the catering world in
2013 leaving the business in the very capable hands of their son. Ken’s
passion for sustainable partnerships with customers and his capacity for
adaptation launched our successful Employee Meal Programs, and produced much growth for the company.

Wendy Banman, long time employee of Elizabeth’s Catering became an ownership partner in 2019 and has since purchased the company from the Copeland family.

Although the last few years have brought much change to
the leadership of Elizabeth’s, the legacy of delicious food and impeccable customer service has remained steadfast.
